We are proud to offer a $79 new patient special, which includes an exam and x-rays but does not include a cleaning. Contact either of our Dental Nook office to learn more about this amazing special!
Contact Dental NookOn your first visit, please bring the following information:
- Any X-rays that were taken by a previous dentist. X-rays can also be forwarded to our office from your previous dentist upon your request.
- A list of medications you are currently taking
- Any current medical concern or condition
- Dental insurance, if you are covered and paying through insurance
